SHIPPING POLICY

Production time

All products are made to order. Most orders are produced within 2–5 business days before shipping. Production may take longer during busy periods, for large orders, or when a product is temporarily unavailable.

Shipping destinations and rates

We ship to the United States, the European Union, and other supported international destinations. Available shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout based on the delivery address and products ordered.

Delivery estimates begin after production is completed. They are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Order fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled by our production partner from an available facility selected according to the product, stock availability, and delivery destination. Items from the same order may occasionally arrive in separate packages.

Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking link. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after shipment.

Customs and import charges

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges imposed by the destination country. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, the customer is responsible for paying them.

Incorrect addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after production or fulfilment has started. Additional shipping costs may apply if an order must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

Delayed or lost orders

Carrier and customs delays can occur outside our control. If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or an order has not arrived, contact us at info.aiside@gmail.com.

Lost-package claims should be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If tracking shows that a package was delivered, please first check with household members, neighbours, the delivery carrier, and your local collection point.
